MEAT OUR SMOKERS
At Chasin' Tail BBQ we smoke meat using a J&R Oyler Pit Smoker. With twelve 4-1/2 foot rotating racks, we can smoke up to 1800 pounds of meat at a time. Using a precise thermostat, the temperature inside the smoking chamber remains constant while the meat rotates within getting the perfect amount of smoke, heat and humidity. Our seasoned hickory wood provides the right amount of smoke flavor for all our meats.
