Took the BBQ class from the Chasin' Tail team and I can tell you that these guys do a GREAT job. I know my way around a kitchen, but they had tons of great tips and tricks for creating fabulous chicken, ribs, and brisket. Whether you're brand new to BBQ or know your way around wood fires- take this course.

This was the first time to try Chasin' Tail BBQ and I chose to do it as a catering order for our company divisional awards meeting after it was referred by one of the team members. The order was precise, delivered on time, and was enjoyed by all. The turkey, brisket, cheddar potatos, baked beans, and texas toast were very filling and very tasty! The bbq sauce is probably one of the best I've ever tried. I would definitely order from them again. I have even recommended them for future company orders! Thanks Chasin' Tail and Brad for making our awards lunch a huge success!

It was my first time ever to visit Chasin' Tail BBQ and I absolutely loved it!!!!!! I was recommended by one of the workers there, and when I first walked in I felt at home: from the sweet people there that made sure everything was up to our standards, as well as the mouth-watering food!! I can't wait for my next trip to be able to visit and have some amazing BBQ; they say the best BBQ in the world needs no sauce, that the sauce is an insult to some hardcore people, yet the ham didn't need the sauce. It was delectable just the way it was; however I did put sauce on just because the texture is what I am used to, it also added that little kick that I have become accustom to, don't change a thing! I can't wait to be able to come back!!!!

On My!! The hubster and I used our Groupon last night before the games started, and I have to say this was the best food Groupon we have used yet! We couldn't decide which of the 4 meats we liked best between the pulled pork, sliced brisket, sausage or ribs! The cheddar-garlic potatoes were to die for! I loved the toast, too. I actually ate more than the hubster did - neither of us could finish our dessert! He even has enough meat leftover for a sandwich after church today. We were so impressed, I even bought a t-shirt! Next visit, I'm going to buy the cap! I won't be able to decide which meats I want, though! Tough decision. Life is rough, isn't it?

It was great, the pulled port did not last but about 30 minutes, everyone was raving about the brisket, ribs and chicken, I was thinking that some would be left, and I did not make me an extra plate and before I knew it, everything was gone, just know we will be using Chasin Tail BBQ again, for all of our social occasions, and we will most definitely be stopping in and eating, again thank you for the great great food, Oh yea the potatoes went fast also, now I know I will need 2 pans that size. Keep on cookin good, let me know when and where you guys will be competing and I will come out and support you.
